Crystal Motor Express was founded in 1952 by Ernest Masiello. Ernie drove a truck making pick ups and deliveries during the day, while his wife, Doris, processed the bills at night. Over the past 50 years the company has experienced exponential growth and has expanded from a small carrier servicing Massachusetts, to a multimillion-dollar company with services throughout the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic states. Crystal's growth has been mainly attributable to the high quality of people that we have hired and are employed at Crystal, and their willingness to make certain that all customers are afforded the best service possible with the courtesy and respect they deserve.
Service to the Customer has always been our number one priority. We are a family owned business that has been successfully servicing the Northeast Region for over five decades.
Crystal Motor Express is open 24 hours per day from Monday through Saturday.
We have managers on call throughout the weekend for Specials and Air Freight Deliveries.
